GachaPad

How it works

GachaPad launches ordinary pump.fun coins. The difference is the creator: a machine wallet that turns creator fees into graded Pokémon cards for holders.

The machine

Each launch generates a fresh wallet, the machine. It is passed as the creator in pump.fun's create_v2, so pump.fun pays it the creator fee on every trade: 0.30% of volume on the bonding curve, 0.05% on PumpSwap after graduation. The key is encrypted at rest and only the sweep can sign with it.

You sign the create transaction from your own wallet and pay the mint rent. A dev buy goes in the same transaction, so the coin is never public without it. The machine never holds your tokens.

The sweep

  1. Every ten minutes, unclaimed creator fees above 0.005 SOL are claimed into the machine.
  2. From each claim, the launcher's cut (0 to 15%, fixed at launch) and the platform's 10% are paid out.
  3. The machine is valued in USD: SOL above a small fee reserve, plus any USDC left from a previous pull.
  4. If it covers the tier target, it pulls.

Tiers

The launcher picks a tier. The target is the tier floor plus a $2.5 buffer for swap slippage and fees. When the machine reaches it, the sweep buys the priciest Pokémon card it can afford inside the band, so a machine that fills for longer pulls a better card.

Common$12 to $40

Graded cards from $12. The machine fills fast and pulls often.

Rare$40 to $150

Mid-tier slabs, $40 to $150. A pull every few days on steady volume.

Holo$150 to $600

Serious cards, $150 to $600. Fewer pulls, bigger reveals.

Legendary$600+

$600 and up. The machine saves for one grail.

An optional target narrows the pull to cards whose name matches, for example Charizard. If nothing matching is listed in the band, the machine keeps filling and tries again next sweep.

The pull

Cards come from Collector Crypt, where every listing is a graded physical card in a vault, tokenized 1:1 as a Metaplex Core asset on Solana. Listings are priced in USDC, so the machine swaps exactly the SOL it needs through Jupiter, then buys through Collector Crypt's marketplace API. The buy is confirmed on chain before anything else happens.

The winner can hold the card, sell it on Collector Crypt or Magic Eden, or redeem the physical slab.

The draw

Holders are snapshotted from the chain right after the buy confirms. The bonding curve, the PumpSwap pool and the machine itself are excluded. Every wallet holding at least 100,000 tokens, 0.01% of supply, is in, with odds proportional to tokens held.

The seed is sha256(buy signature + mint), stored with the pull, so anyone can replay the draw from the same holder list and get the same winner. If no wallet qualifies, the card waits in the machine and the next sweep tries again.

Fees

  • pump.fun creator fee: 0.30% of curve volume, 0.05% after graduation. Set by pump.fun.
  • Split of each claim: the machine gets 75 to 90%, the launcher 0 to 15%, the platform 10%.
  • Trades here pay only pump.fun's normal fees. There is no extra trading fee.
  • The platform wallet pays network fees for claims and card transfers.

Risks

  • Pulls depend on volume. $10,000 of curve volume earns about $30 in creator fees, so a quiet coin fills slowly.
  • The machine is a custodial key on our server. It is encrypted and only signs the actions above, but you are trusting the server with it.
  • Card prices are set by sellers on Collector Crypt. A card bought at $40 can be worth less later.
  • Memecoins can go to zero. A card draw does not change that.
